The table below shows the Internet rates for all of our room types, these rates only apply when booked by using our online reservations form. All rates concern prices per night per room.

All rates include Bed & Breakfast in our Restaurant "Le Popo", and applicable taxes.

Rates in include all taxes applicable as of this date, and are subjected to change without prior notice according to Benin fiscal/monetary law.


General Information

• Check in/out time: 1.00 p.m.
• Late check-out UNTIL 3 p.m. upon hotel availability
• From 3 to 6: 50% of room rate.
• After 6 pm : full charge for room exclusive of Breakfast
• Early check-in: Rooms are blocked the day before, the previous night is charged accordingly.

Meal supplement (lunch or dinner 'table d'hôte' or 'A-la-carte'): 16.500 CFA per person, excluding drinks.

Sea view room upon hotel availability.

Porterage tax in + out (groups): 3.000 per person

Cancellation policy for groups:

• Within 7 days of arrival: 25% of master bill.
• Within 3 days of arrival: 50% of master bill.
• No-Show: Full payment.

Complimentary policy: 1 complimentary room for 10 rooms paid or 15 paying people.

Maximum complimentary rooms per group: 3 (room only). Meals to be charged after consumption.

Airport-Hotel-Airport Transfer: Free of charge by our shuttle bus for individual guests.
For groups we suggest an outside service to assure the pick-up.

Payment
Individual guests: Cash or Credit Card.
Groups: 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total bill.
20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total bill.
Remaining 25% to be paid upon departure.
